petswildl.com currently ships to addresses throughout the United States. We primarily utilize USPS Priority Mail for the majority of our shipments; however, we may elect to use UPS Ground Shipping for larger items or to accommodate a faster shipping experience for our customers.

We don’t charge any Tax
Customers can change their shipping address after an order has been placed. However, it is our policy that this change is subject to a modification fee.
Will Call Orders:
1 After placing a will call order, you will receive an email that it’s ready for pick up within one (1) hour.
2. You will have five (5) days to pick up your order – you do not have to pick it up on the same day.
3. When you pick up your order, you will receive a pick up confirmation email.
4.If you do not pick up your order within those five (5) days, we will email to let you know that your order is being returned to inventory.
5. If you have not picked up your order but you receive the pick-up confirmation email, please reach out immediately to let us know.
Orders placed after 1.00PM (PST) will be available for pick up the following business day.
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours. For this, it will be sufficient only if the product is not delivered to the cargo companies.
You have created your order but you have changed your decision for a short time or things didn’t go as planned, all you need to do is to contact us and make an “Order Cancellation Request”. We will cancel your order and refund the relevant order amount to you.

Item not received
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us [email protected] we’ll try our greatest you.
